Preem Arat is a Grand Duke of the Flesh Cutters Guild, similar to Nungsis.[1] Thus, he is likely to also be another of the Undying Lords.
After learning of the existence of Allison and her Key of Kings through the Glyphosphere or Number 1's warnings, he and Nungsis confronted Omun Vash at Hell 71 as he and 23 Liminal Blossom attempted to kidnap Allison.[2] They were quickly left behind by 23 Liminal Blossom.[3]
He appears as an even more imposing figure than Nungsis, a giant black skeleton covered in tattered off-white robes, dark skulls and golden ornaments. His head is formed by a human skull sprouting from a split animal cranium, with three yellowish eyes gazing from bony protrusions at the top.[1]
