Badstar is the incredibly unsubtle gang of Devils that belongs to Oscar. They all wear coats with the word "{EVIL}" written on them, except for Oscar, who has it on his pants and the phrase "BAD MAN" on his coat.[1]
The Badstar gang is based in the section of the Red City known at the Lower Shades.
