Jagganoth is a demiurge and one of the seven Lords of Infinity. Compared to the rest of the Seven, Jagganoth is huge and monstrous, said to be totally invulnerable to harm.[4] He is rage incarnate and is described as being "the greatest warrior creation has ever known".[1]

History

By the end of the Universal War, Jagganoth stood alongside Jadis, Mottom, Incubus, Solomon David, Gog-Agog, and Mammon and was unable to defeat them. He later agreed to the Pact of the Seven Part World, gaining absolute authority over 111,111 universes.[5]

At the concordance of the demiurges, Jagganoth is absent but eventually appears on the horizon. With burning footsteps and victim in his grip he arrives, laying waste to the environment while accusing the rest of the Seven of weakness. Mottom welcomes him to the assembly, but Jagganoth merely responds by claiming Throne is his for the taking.[4]

Description

Jagganoth is a thirty-foot-tall[4] humanoid covered in a mass of fur and horns. Big enough to hold a man like a toy, Jagganoth overshadows the other demiurges in size, though he does not seem to intimidate them.

His face is skull-like, containing two sets of tusks that emerge out of a row of exposed teeth. Instead of skin and hair, Jagganoth's head is completely covered by a reddish, outer shell that resembles an external skull.

His left eye contains no iris and appears to have been damaged by a cutting instrument while the center of his face is protected by armor resembling the flattened trunk of an elephant. Above his forehead Jagganoth's burning key rests between two spiked prongs that rise upward like a horned beetle. From this key a vast, dull-yellow halo encompasses his head.

He wears little to no clothing, bearing only a golden armored sleeve on his right arm and black legless tights. A thick chain is wrapped around his left forearm while the shoulder is adorned with gold.
